Juan earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology from The University of Texas at Dallas, where he developed a strong foundation in software engineering and cultivated a deep passion for mathematics.

Regarding software engineering, Juan’s journey began at PCI Enterprises, a software company, where he built user-facing applications using React. Then, his career pivoted to the finance sector, with World Finance, where he calculated interest when giving out loans.

Juan is passionate about teaching others how to think critically, regardless of the subject, specializing in tutoring math-related subjects, including Calculus, Algebra, Geometry, and Statistics, helping students unlock their critical thinking potential through clear, engaging instructions & tailored methods. 

Outside of work and tutoring, Juan is an avid table tennis player, actively competing in tournaments and embracing the sport’s blend of strategy and precision.

Juan remains committed to fostering learning and growth in the community through sharing his enthusiasm for critical thinking and mathematics.
